To reserve your membership, sign up online, and we'll give you a call, answer any additional questions, and schedule your new patient assessment.

At your new-patient assessment, we'll greet you right at the door, give you a tour of the practice, and then sit down for a reserved 60-minute+ visit to discuss your medical history and goals. Then, we'll do a comprehensive physical and discuss the next steps in your care plan, and give you direct access to your doctor.

After your advanced lab report returns, we'll give a detailed break down of your metrics, and create a bespoke assessment and plan for your health. We'll discuss proactive steps for your next meeting, giving you exclusive access to our curated resources while also coordinating your specialist care and preventive testing.
